How it is calculated

• Guest checkouts are excluded because they cannot be identified.

Reading it

• Format: Whole number.
• Higher is better (an increase is shown in green).

Where it appears

• Overview and Dashboards — add it from the metric picker (Customers group).
• Period totals only. It is not shown on daily sparkline points.
