Cancel or change your plan

Move to Free

In Settings → Plan & Billing, choose Cancel paid plan. Your paid subscription is cancelled in Shopify and your store continues on Free, with up to 50 orders a month. Paid features end once Shopify confirms. Your data stays.

If you are a Founding Merchant, cancelling ends your Founding Merchant price.

Uninstall

Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Syncing stops at once, and your store's data is deleted 48 hours later. See Data retention.

Refunds

Charges are made by Shopify and prorated by Shopify when you change plans. For a question about a charge, contact us.
